  1. Thank you for helping me get back on track. I am working on keeping a daily journal of my food intake. I am also making sure I am very cautious of my condiments (salad dressing, ketchup, or anything that makes food a slidder). I know this has been my struggle spot since surgery. I am doing great with watching my sweets! Thank you for all your help, You Rock!

  3. I started my journey to gastric bypass last April. My weight at my first appoinment was 392. My surgery was December 7th and my weight upon checking in PCMH was 361. Today I am 4 weeks out and saw Jennifer and she weighed me at 335. Where ever “there” is I am on my way, no numbers or sizes just a new life style change to embrass each day on my journey to a healther life. Jennifer has helped me in so many ways to learn more about the things I need to do to stay on track. Everyone is very different! Thanks Jennifer!
